Why we built it
We spent years running professional fireworks displays: July 4th, college football, Zozobra, the biggest nights of the season. The pyrotechnics were always dialed. The back office was duct tape.
Every season started buried in paperwork. EPQs hand-filled and redone when they were wrong. I-9s chased over text. Crew assignments living in spreadsheets. Contracts in DocuSign, files scattered across Dropbox and group chats. The people doing the work deserved better than that, and the office deserved to get its nights and weekends back.
So we built the tool we wished we had. One login for the whole operation, with the federal compliance built in instead of bolted on.
